Turn your UPI ID into a scan-to-pay QR code

A UPI QR code lets any customer pay you instantly by scanning it with GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or their own bank's UPI app — no swiping a card, no cash, no typing a long UPI ID by hand. Print it at the checkout counter, stick it on a delivery box, or add it to an invoice, and payment collection becomes a two-second scan instead of a manual entry that's easy to mistype.

Enter your UPI ID in the name@bank format (for example shopname@okaxis), your shop or payee name, and — if you want — a fixed amount that's prefilled automatically when a customer scans it. Leave the amount blank if different customers pay different amounts each time; their UPI app will simply ask them to enter the amount themselves. Every field is validated instantly and the QR code is built entirely in your browser — nothing you type here is ever sent to a server.

Static QR code — always test before you print

This is a static QR code: scanning it always sends payment to the same UPI ID (and the same fixed amount, if you set one). It is not linked to any specific order, invoice, or transaction ID, so it can't automatically mark anything as "paid" in a separate system — that kind of dynamic, trackable QR code needs a payment gateway integration. Before printing a batch, always test-scan the code yourself with a real UPI app to confirm it opens with the correct payee name and amount.

A printable "Scan to Pay" card

Use the "Download A6 Scan to Pay Card" button to get a ready-to-print PDF sized for a standard A6 card (roughly postcard-sized) — your shop name, the QR code, your UPI ID, and the amount if you set one, laid out for a counter stand, wall mount, or laminated tent card. A BizGo digital business page can carry this same payment section alongside your services, gallery, and WhatsApp button, all on one free, shareable page.

Frequently Asked Questions

A UPI ID (also called a VPA) looks like name@bank — for example shopname@okaxis or 9876543210@ybl. You can find yours in any UPI app under "My QR code" or "Profile".

The QR code still works — scanning it opens the customer's UPI app with your UPI ID prefilled, and they enter the amount themselves. This is the right choice if different customers pay different amounts.

No — this is a static QR code. It always points to the same UPI ID and amount (if set) and is not linked to any order or invoice. For order-linked payment tracking you need a payment gateway integration.

Yes — always scan it yourself with a real UPI app first to confirm the payee name and amount are correct before printing a batch or sharing it widely.

No. The QR code and the printable PDF card are both generated entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript — nothing you type here is ever uploaded.
