Welcome to BizGo ("Platform"), operated by WebGlits Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in India with its principal place of business at Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu, India.

By accessing or using BizGo at bizgo.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided

BizGo provides businesses with a mini website / digital business profile page hosted on our platform. Services are provided on a subscription basis (Starter and Business plans). All services are digital and delivered online.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under applicable Indian law to use our services. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You are required to register with a valid Indian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed annually (Starter ₹99/yr, Business ₹499/yr).
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BizGo to:

  • Post illegal, fraudulent, or misleading business information.
  • Violate any applicable Indian laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or obscene content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The BizGo platform, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of WebGlits Technologies Pvt Ltd. You retain ownership of the content you upload to your business page. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on our platform.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We are not liable for any losses arising from service downtime, technical errors, or scheduled maintenance.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms. You may also discontinue use of the service at any time by not renewing your subscription.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebGlits Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BizGo. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the current subscription period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
