7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind BizGo. If you genuinely use the platform — share your QR code or page link with customers and actively ask for reviews — but do not receive a single review, we will issue a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.

This guarantee exists because we believe in our product. However, BizGo is a tool: results come from using it. The guarantee is only valid when you have put in the effort to share and request reviews.

Conditions for the 7-Day Refund

A refund under the 7-day guarantee will be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your subscription was purchased within the last 7 days.
  • You have shared your BizGo page link or displayed your QR code to a minimum of 100 unique visitors / customers during that period.
  • You have actively asked those customers to scan the code or click the link and leave a review.
  • Despite meeting the above two conditions, you have received zero reviews on your BizGo page.
  • You submit your refund request with supporting evidence — such as screenshots, analytics data, or a brief description of how and where you shared the QR code/link.

Refund requests that do not meet all of these conditions will not be eligible.

What Is Not Covered

The following scenarios are not eligible for a refund:

  • Change of mind after purchase without having used the platform.
  • Failure to share the QR code or link with customers.
  • Failure to actively ask customers for reviews.
  • Sharing the QR code/link with fewer than 100 people within 7 days.
  • Dissatisfaction with platform features (we encourage you to explore our demo before purchasing).
  • Accidental purchase — please contact us before purchase if unsure.
  • Requests made after the 7-day window from the date of purchase.

Technical Error Refunds

Outside of the 7-day guarantee, a refund may be considered only if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical error on our end.
  • Your subscription was never activated due to a system failure on our side.

In such cases, contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your payment receipt.

Why We Have This Policy

BizGo gives you a professional digital page, a shareable link, and a QR code. Like any marketing tool, it works only when you use it. We market the result of actively using these tools — sharing them with every customer and asking for reviews. Simply signing up and doing nothing will not generate reviews. The 7-day refund guarantee is our commitment to customers who genuinely try and see no results.
