No Refund Policy for Digital Products

All purchases made on BizGo are for digital subscription services. Once a subscription is activated and access to the platform is granted, the service is considered delivered in full.

Therefore, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use the service during the subscription period
  • Dissatisfaction with features (we encourage you to explore our demo before purchasing)
  • Accidental purchase

Why No Refunds?

Unlike physical goods, digital services are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once accessed. The infrastructure, storage, and resources allocated to your account are provisioned at the time of purchase.

Exceptions

A refund may be considered only if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical error.
  • The service was never activated due to a system failure on our end.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your payment receipt.
