No Physical Products — No Returns

BizGo sells digital subscription services only. We do not sell, manufacture, or distribute any physical goods or tangible products of any kind.

Since no physical products are involved, there is nothing to return. A return policy in the traditional sense does not apply to our business.

What BizGo Sells

BizGo offers online subscription plans that give businesses access to:

• A mini website / digital business profile page hosted on bizgo.in
• A dashboard to manage and update your business page
• Features such as contact details, gallery, products, WhatsApp integration, and more

All of these are digital in nature and are accessed via the internet.

Subscription Cancellation

If you wish to discontinue your BizGo subscription, you may stop renewing at the end of your current billing period. Your page will remain active until the subscription expires. No action is required on our end for cancellation — simply do not renew.
