One service per line. Put the price at the end — Haircut 150, Hair Colour From 499. A line with no price at all becomes a section heading.

How will you print this?
How to print this properly
  • Print at 100% / “Actual size”, not “Fit to page”. Fit-to-page shrinks the design by about 4% to clear your printer’s unprintable margin, so your A4, 210 x 297 mm would no longer measure that.
  • Choose the heaviest paper your printer accepts — 250–300gsm for cards, 120gsm+ for posters and signs.
  • Colours print a little softer than they look on screen. Screens mix light, presses mix ink, and bright blues and greens are the ones that shift most. For a large order, ask your printer for a proof first.

A clean, printable price list in minutes

A clear price list at the counter or in the window answers the single most common customer question — "how much?" — before anyone has to ask. This free tool lets you add as many services and prices as you need, remove the ones you don't, and see the finished design update instantly in the live preview. Pick from a few clean layouts, then download it as a PNG image or a print-ready A4 PDF.

Your rows are saved automatically in your browser as you edit them, so if you close the tab and come back later, your price list picks up right where you left off — nothing is ever uploaded to a server in the process.

₹ prices that actually print correctly

A surprising number of free PDF tools mangle the ₹ (rupee) symbol, because the underlying PDF library's built-in fonts were never designed to include it. This tool avoids that problem entirely by drawing the whole price list — including every ₹ symbol — onto a canvas first, then embedding that finished canvas as an image inside the PDF. What you see in the preview is pixel-for-pixel what prints, rupee symbol included.

A price list that's easier to keep current online

A printed price list goes stale the moment you change a price — every copy in circulation is now wrong until you reprint. A free BizGo digital business page solves that by letting you publish your services and prices as a live page you can edit any time, share as a link or QR code, with no reprinting and no per-copy cost. Keep this printed version for the counter, and put the editable version online for customers checking prices before they visit.

Cheap to reprint, every time a price moves

Prices change, and a price list gets reprinted far more often than anything else you put on a wall. That is why Design options carries a Black & white theme: it renders the whole list for a mono laser printer or a copy shop, which charge a small fraction of a colour page. A note appears under the preview whenever the design you have chosen would cover most of the page in ink, so you find out before you print fifty.

The rest of the panel is there for the look: twelve colour themes or your own four colours, six font pairings, a text size slider, and a background photo if you want one. Longer lists still flow onto as many pages as they need — the styling follows onto every page, not just the first.
