How will you print this?
How to print this properly
  • Print at 100% / “Actual size”, not “Fit to page”. Fit-to-page shrinks the design by about 4% to clear your printer’s unprintable margin, so your A4, 210 x 297 mm would no longer measure that.
  • Choose the heaviest paper your printer accepts — 250–300gsm for cards, 120gsm+ for posters and signs.
  • Colours print a little softer than they look on screen. Screens mix light, presses mix ink, and bright blues and greens are the ones that shift most. For a large order, ask your printer for a proof first.

One poster maker, four kinds of announcement

Grand openings, "we're hiring" notices, sales, and new arrivals all need the same thing fast — a bold, print-ready poster that gets the message across from across the street. This free tool builds one in seconds: pick the occasion, fill in the handful of details that occasion actually needs (a sale asks for a discount and dates; a hiring poster asks for the role and a contact number), and the design updates live in the preview.

Nothing you type here is uploaded anywhere — the poster is rendered entirely inside your browser, and the PNG or PDF download only happens when you click a button.

Print-ready by default

Every design is sized to a standard A4 sheet, ready for a shop window, noticeboard, or nearby pole with permission. Long business names or product names automatically shrink to fit their space instead of spilling off the poster, so you don't need to manually adjust anything to make a longer name fit.

Announce it online too, not just on paper

A poster works for passers-by, but most of your customers will hear about a sale, a new hire, or a grand opening online first. Post the same PNG to your WhatsApp Status and Google Business Profile, and keep the details current on a free BizGo digital business page — so anyone who searches for you sees the same announcement, whether they're standing outside your shop or scrolling on their phone at home.

Why four separate designs instead of one generic poster

A single all-purpose poster template always ends up compromising on something — a Sale poster needs a huge, unmissable discount number front and center, while a hiring poster needs the role and a contact number to be the first thing a passer-by reads, and neither of those layouts serves a Grand Opening date and address well. Building each occasion as its own design, with its own matching fields, means every poster this tool produces is laid out specifically for the message it's carrying, not a generic template stretched to fit four very different jobs.

Eighteen designs, and then your own photo behind them

Each occasion ships in three palettes, and Design options takes it further: twelve colour themes, or the background, text, main colour and highlight chosen by hand; six font pairings; separate sliders for the text and the headline; and a background photo faded back as far as you need to keep the message readable. A festival greeting over a photo of your own shop, lit up, does more than any stock design.

If you add a photo, check the note under the preview. It tells you the resolution the picture will actually print at — a picture pulled from a chat app usually looks perfect on a phone and soft or blocky at A4, and the preview is far too small to show you that.

Yes. Upload one under Design options, then fade it back until your message reads clearly and choose light or dark text. The tool also tells you the resolution the photo will actually print at, so you do not find out it was too small after printing.
