Google Reviews
Links one business page to one Google Business Profile location, then shows those reviews here and drafts replies to them. The connection belongs to the page you are on.
Steps

Press Connect Google and sign in with the Google account that manages the business. You come back to this screen when Google is finished.

If that account holds more than one location, Choose your Business Profile location appears. Pick the one this page is for — reviews are only read and managed for the location you choose.

Once connected, the top of the screen names the location, says when it last synced, and offers Sync now and Disconnect.

Auto-reply settings decides what happens to a new review. Turn on Auto-draft replies to new reviews, then pick a Posting mode: Review before posting keeps every draft here for you, Post automatically publishes it after the delay and above the rating you set.

Reply voice sets the tone and an optional signature, with a sample shown underneath. Press Save auto-reply settings when it reads the way you want.

In the Reviews list, each drafted reply carries Approve, Edit, Regenerate and Skip. Bulk approve handles a set of well-rated drafts together.
