Start with the Replies come to your phone note. Because each review request leaves your own WhatsApp, the customer's answer lands in your own WhatsApp too. Nothing new arrives on this screen today.

Anything already collected for this page stays here and stays searchable. The filter bar takes a name, phone or message, a From and To date, an Unread only switch, and Group by contact to fold one person's messages into a single thread.

On a row, Reply on WhatsApp opens your own WhatsApp at that number. Draft with AI opens the reply generator with the customer's message already filled in, and Copy draft puts the text on your clipboard.

Mark read clears a single row and Mark all read at the top clears the lot. That count also drives the unread chip shown above every Review Engine screen for this page.
