How to use BizGo

A guide for every screen — the steps, the pictures, and the questions owners actually ask.

Getting started

Signing in

How you get into BizGo: your mobile number, then a one-time code sent to it by SMS. There is no password to choose and none to forget.

Creating your account

The sign-up wizard. It creates your BizGo account and your first business page in one run — your details, your business, a plan, then a look at the page before it goes live.

The Dashboard

The first screen after you sign in. With one business page the Dashboard is that page — what to do next, how it is doing, and one tap into each product. With more than one it is all of them together.

Business page

Your page

The home screen for one business page: its name and address, what to do next, its own numbers, and every other BizGo screen that page appears on. Owners with more than one page get a list of cards here first.

Creating a page

Adding another business page to an account you already have. It is the same short wizard as sign-up, minus the parts that identify you — it starts at the business itself.

The page editor

Where you write your public page. Every part of it is one row in one list, you open a row at a time, and a single Save writes the whole page.

The visiting card

A printable business card built from the details already on your page. Lay it out here, then download it as an image or a print-ready PDF.

Analytics

Where your visitors came from and when. Visit trends over time, plus a breakdown by location, for one page or for all of them together.

Feedback

What customers wrote in the private feedback box on your public page. Read it, follow it up on WhatsApp, and choose which entries appear on the page as testimonials.

SEO pages

Extra landing pages written for you by AI, aimed at the long, local phrases people actually search for. Each one hangs off a business page you already have.

Bookings

Appointment requests left by visitors on your public pages. You confirm or decline each one, and the follow-up goes out from your own WhatsApp.

Review Engine

The Review Engine overview

The front door to the Review Engine. It lists every business page you own and lets you open one of them, because each page runs its own campaigns, its own contacts and its own credits.

Starting a review campaign

Where you add a customer you have just finished a job for and start their review campaign. It is the first screen you land on when you open a page's engine.

The Send queue

Every message this page owes a customer, written and waiting. You press send on each one yourself, from your own WhatsApp — BizGo never presses send for you.

This page's contacts

The contact book for one business page. Everyone in it can be enrolled in a review campaign or swept into a reactivation batch, and none of it is shared with your other pages.

Reactivation batches

A way to go back to customers you served a while ago and ask them for a review, spread out over days instead of all at once. It works from this page's contact book.

Replies

The inbox for replies to this page's review requests, with the tools for answering them. Read the note at the top first: with WhatsApp in your own hands, your customers answer you, not this screen.

Google Reviews

Links one business page to one Google Business Profile location, then shows those reviews here and drafts replies to them. The connection belongs to the page you are on.

Review Engine settings

How this one business page's review requests read and when they become due. Another page has its own copy of this screen and shares nothing with it.

AI Chat

The AI Chat overview

The front door to AI Chat. It lists every business page you own and says where each one stands, because AI Chat belongs to a page — the settings, the conversations, the leads and the trial are all that page's own.

Setting up AI Chat

One tap turns the assistant on and puts it on your page. Everything after that is refinement: four short steps the first time, and four collapsible panels with one Save when you come back. There is nothing to paste on your BizGo page and nothing to install.

Conversations

Every chat a visitor has had with the assistant on one page, and the full text of any one of them. It is a record to read, not a place to answer from.

Captured leads

Every name, phone number and email the assistant got out of a conversation on this page, and whether each one reached your contact book. This is the list AI Chat is bought for.

Conversations used

How many conversations this page has used against what it includes, when the count starts again, and what happens when it runs out. Every figure on the screen is about one page.

Starting and renewing AI Chat

The screen that switches AI Chat on for one page and keeps it on — the free trial, the subscription and the renewal. What it offers is decided by where that page actually stands, not by the link you arrived on.

Install on my website

For putting the same assistant on a website of your own, somewhere other than BizGo. Your BizGo business page needs none of this — it carries the widget already.

Social Media

Today's post

Every day of the year there is a finished post waiting for this page — your logo, your name and your number already on it — and it costs nothing on any plan. This covers setting it up once, the four sizes and where each one goes, sharing it from your own phone, and the month of posts behind it.

Making a post in the Studio

Today's post is made for you and costs nothing. The Studio is the other thing: you describe a post you want, AI draws it, and it spends AI credits from this page's monthly allowance. This covers what to write, what Advanced holds, attaching a picture of your own, and the wait.

Account & tools

Free Tools

Every BizGo tool, listed and searchable, running inside your dashboard. Most of them are free for ever and cost nothing; only the ones that generate something or call an outside service draw an AI credit.

Running a tool

What every tool screen has in common — where the tool runs, how to tell whether it costs a credit, and what happens when a run is refused. Each tool explains its own fields on its own screen.

AI credits

One business page's AI credits — what its plan includes each month, what you have bought on top, and what was run today. Credits belong to a page, so an owner with three pages has three balances.

Subscriptions & billing

Every business page you own, the plan each one is on, when it comes up for renewal, and what you have paid. Plans belong to a page rather than to your account, so this screen is a list of pages.

Three Products, One Dashboard

Your page, your plan. The Review Engine and AI Chat come with Pro and Premium — manage every page from one dashboard.
