A campaign is up to 3 WhatsApp messages — and often fewer, because the reminder is skipped for anyone who has already reviewed you. Either way it counts as one campaign against your plan.
The delays and the sending window are yours to set. Out of the box: the request follows the check-in by 3 hours, the reminder by 3 days, and nothing ever comes up to send outside 10 AM–7 PM.
